Wireless Remote
How I can build or buy a wireless remote control easy to convert a small motor or light bulb in and out?
I have a knowledge a very basic electronics and can build anything if given the instructions (probably) but I'm looking for a switch "wireless" which You can build or buy and connect between a battery and a small engine (like a VCR motor) or small light bulb to turn on and off by remote control. The ability to mitigate the bulb or slow the engine down, instead of on / off, it would be good, but not necessary. I do not need micro drivers (hopefully) not need to send information "," simply on, off, and possibly a dimming "function."
There may be a couple of ways to do so. 1. on / off: There are many wireless remotes that can get kind of security companies that do this. Linear is one of them. Do you have a pendant style "FOB" 2-4 has buttoned over it. Do you set the receiver to turn the unit on or off with a button. 2. dim function. The same "FOB" is used to control receiving a potentiometer that controls the speed of the engine. If I wanted to let me know a basic outline.
