Standard Screw
How I can know if my apartment walls are concrete or drywall?
I can drill with a standard screw very easily after a bit of hammering to get them started. I'm assuming because they do not need a masonry bit they should be cast, but I want to be sure.
If you go to a screw that is not understood then it is definitely concrete drywall. Concrete walls simply strip the screws or burn up if not classified for concrete. Plasterboard is also a white powder that comes from the holes, while the concrete dust is light gray. Most apartments are be cast as well, because it is cheap and easy to replace when someone puts a whole in it.
