I have problems with my Rebel XT shutter?
I have a Canon EOS Rebel XT digital SLR and am having trouble with the shutter. Or usually fire shutter or leads over time when it finally does. I have to hold the button down for a long time, and the pictures look like they are going light blue / wash. Please help, I'm not sure if the shot needs to be surviced or not, I'm not sure how many pictures I have taken over the past four years. Its shutter may well be out … especially if the camera is four years and to use a considerably. There is never a promise how long it will last a shutter or exactly when to leave … but all the blinds have a life. The XT, I was told by Canon, should be good for an average 65,000 clicks …. Maybe it's time for a checkup. Call USA Canon service center can help you decide if the shutter or other problem.
