Pulido films are thin films polyester (resin bonded) classified hard abrasive particles such as aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, cerium oxide or diamond. Grades popular particle (particle size measured in diameter) are 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1, 1.5 micron, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 15 20 and 30. (A micron is approximately 1 / 50 of a diameter of human hair)
Applications ranging from movie-polished fiber optic components optical, ceramic capacitors, hard disk read / write head, ceramic seals, etc. The main feature of making movies is that they produce surfaces very flat, especially through materials with a wide range of hardness.
Which are films used for filming?

0.1 micron – green, 0.5 microns – white, 1.0 microns – Lavender, 1.5 microns – green, 3.0 microns – pink, 6.0 micron – brown, 9.0 microns – Blue, 15.0 micron – orange, 20.0 microns – burgundy, 30.0 micron – green, 45.0 microns – Amber, 60.0 microns – Amber
How do 3M diamond store to make films and what their shelf lives?
