What is the best multi-functional zoom lens for a Canon Digital Rebel XTi?
There are many lenses so 'is confusing. I want a objective is to take decent pictures of my niece and my animals and the landscape, baseball and football games and so on. I know there are lenses different they are the best for each of these things, but I want one that handles all.
The SOEs are meant for you to buy different lenses for the purpose different, but most people do not understand I want and all in one lens. This isn't going to happen. They however, have lenses are for those who want wide-angle ingest and zoom, but not the best lenses in the world. Theres the 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6. It is a very slow lens, but if you do not need a large mesh opening is a lens can. Not expire at 70-200mm f / 4 or more L lenses, but its cheap. Theres also the 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 if you need a very wide angle and a telephoto lens. I do not know willing to spend much, but heres my ideal of the lenses: 1. For wide-angle-tele: 28-70mm f/2.8 L (If you have the money) 2. -Telephoto 70-200mm f/2.8 L lens (own and I love the sport for shots) 3. If I was cheap for the most bang for my buck the 28-105 f/3.5-4.5 lens is a slow, but if you do not need to open wide screen then will be fine for most occations. Even with the 1.6x crop factor you may need a wide angle lens if you go to a lot of shots wide angle. I stayed in Canon lenses just because the third party lenses tend to cut corners when they are cheap. But of course nothing wrong with them its just its auto focus and things are slower than Canon lenses, and that totally turned me off from third-party lenses that I need glasses quickly. If the price not a problem after Canon to the end.
