I have the intention of writing a technical paper on technology related to digital cameras, coz ima big fan of photography and I love playing with the cameras. Pls, some necessary guidance.

What is the best digital camera out there cheaper for a beginner learning photography?
I am interested in Photography and I have a Kodak Easyshare digital camer more CX7300 and I really want a new camera, but I'm in a very limited budget than a necessity, probably under $ 200 and asked me what was best to get and I am a beginner.
You want one with a lot of options, trust me. Any camera with the Program mode, TV mode shutter priority, aperture-priority was traveling! Here are the cameras I recommend Canon (make best so far) Nikon (Nikon do not like much, but they are a premium brand) and Kodak!
