If a video camera Canon XHA1 PRO is purchased in the U.S., it will be difficult to use in Europe?
I'm from Europe and I would buy a camcorder Canon XHA1 PRO, but the price in Europe is too high. If you buy in the U.S., I have trouble using it at the time of the various rules or anything else Europe?
Yes, because Europe is mostly PAL, which is 50i while NTSC is 60i. Does not really matter if you're making a 24f, and you can remove pulldown and then accelerate by 4% for to 25fps, but if you shoot any of the other modes, then it is not compatible. If you need a cheap camera but high quality, I recommend the Canon HV20/HV30. I have the HV20 and the image quality is comparable or even better than the XH-A1 samples I've seen mostly as outbreaks real 24p instead of "false" 24f mode. You probably can receive a line of about $ 600 (look around HV20.com). Hope this helps!

I'm starting a degree in web development, but just heard about digital media as a degree, which is more comprehensive and creative. Are there areas where digital media are best to get in? Any good online schools for this?
If you are interested in web development specifically you should pursue that. Digital media can be too broader or more creative (as opposed to analysis) to meet their needs. If you still have to decide which suggest that seek safety. There have been several stories news lately about the lack of "cyberwarriors."
